We are looking for a passionate Simulation Partner Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in EuroNorth. You will help our Partners and clients reach their potential by using our SIMULIA simulation products. Your location is optional and can be in any of our EuroNorth countries.
What will your role be?
You will
- Become part of a team, whose passion is to collaborate with our Partners to help our customers reach their visions and at the same time grow and expand our business in EuroNorth.
- Define customer engagement through Partner engagement or joint engagement to ensure customer success.
- Execute the indirect sales strategy of your assigned Partner(s) in assigned territory.
The challenges ahead
- Ensure trusted relationships with our Partners and customers.
- Meet objectives against plan by addressing the Partner’s long term challenges.
- Maintain accurate account plans and forecasts.
- Engage in key opportunities with the Partner.
- Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused solutions.
- Act as the “voice of the Partner” with all Dassault Systèmes brands and departments.
Your key success factors?
- 5 to10 years of successful software solution sales.
- Strong sales background with experience in simulation and in value selling.
- Be able to travel, you will cover EuroNorth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to manage complex & multi-dimensional sales initiatives.
