Toshiba is looking for a Key Account Manager with great technical interest who will welcome the challenge of contributing to our successful offer towards our customers. You will be an important part of a team with high commitment.
Responsibilities
As Key Account Manager, you will work independently with sales of electronic components, to one of our focus customers. You are responsible for the entire sales process and for managing existing business as well as establishing new business opportunities for our customer. By investigating and understanding the internal business processes of the existing customer, you will establish a strong and trustworthy relationship to various parties, from purchasing- and development departments to technical decision makers.
You will have colleagues in Sweden as well as Germany and Japan. Your manager, who is based in Germany, will support you to achieve your common goals.
Your profile
To succeed in the role as Key Account Manager we believe that you have a strong customer focus, with the ambition to always strive to build long-term business relations. To succeed in this position, you ensure solutions that are in line with the customer’s needs and follow up on this continuously.
You have a business-oriented mindset with an understanding of the overall perspective when it comes to the organization, as well as the market and competitors, with a focus on prioritizing financial results and good customer relations.
In addition to your personal skills, we also see that you have the following:
- Experience from sales of technical components/solution
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
- Technical competence with an understanding of technical products and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience from CRM systems
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of semiconductors or network applications.
