What do we offer
For the development of our Global Online Business, we will strengthen the team with an Online Fleet Sales Manager. This role reports to the Head of Sales at Global Online Business.
Your mission
You are responsible for the strategic development of our online direct fleet sales, across all online offers and mobility solutions. You develop online fleet sales plans and monitor sales as well as the customer account management across markets to ensure that we achieve our fleet volume objectives including accurate forecasting as required to support volume and profitability objectives.
You identify and understand relevant issues, challenges, and opportunities for fleet customers. In close collaboration with various internal stakeholders such as our Offer development, Marketing and Online product management you will:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our fleet customer offer to meet the changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiate measures to constantly optimize and improve the conversion rate of fleet customers.
- Provide input to the development of measures designed to develop, retain and enhance a high level of customer satisfaction with fleet customers and Fleet Leasing Companies.
You will liaise closely with the Fleet Sales team in our Wholesale business to develop Global major accounts further and grow our business with new online offers. The scope of this role is global and covers all markets where we already sell online direct to fleet customers.
You and your skills
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for cars and new mobility solutions. The candidate should have a proven track record in automotive fleet sales and a good mix of strategical thinking paired with a hands-on and can-do mentality. A customer-centric attitude and expert knowledge of fleet customers are required to succeed in this role. The incumbent must be a team player and actively collaborate with key functions in the organization to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency of our online fleet sales.

You can remain calm under pressure and possesses exceptional organization skills and an ability to relentlessly prioritize and balance short-term initiatives with long-term goals.
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive fleet business, structure and culture.
- Multiple years working in a sales environment and experience in the Online and e-commerce sector.
- Experience in driving cross-functional, global and complex projects and working in agile environments.
- Outstanding and fluent communication skills in English.
We believe that you have a degree in business administration or a related field. That you are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, with experience of working towards, and presenting to, senior management. Your experience also includes working in a fast-paced, dynamic team with the ability to adapt, manage and meet deadlines.
